Yoga Therapy Practicum Package (Intake appointment)
Your intake appointment is the first step in our yoga therapy journey together. In this 20–30 minute session, we’ll review your intake form, talk through your health history and goals, and discuss what you’d like to focus on in our work together. Afterward, I’ll create your first personalized practice plan.

Fascia & Self Love Registered Series

A six session registered series designed to guide students to a more deeply loving relationship with themselves through exploration of fascia as an expression of self care. We will learn about fascia and it's relationship to the nervous system and the inner self. Using breath, interoception, and gentle longer-held floor-based postures, we will practice observing our inner landscape with the intention to cultivate our ability to find more peace and ease in our day-to-day existence.

9 Session Registered Series: Healing Emotional Eating for Trauma Survivors

This deeply transformative 9 session series is designed for survivors of trauma who are seeking to heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Combining the power of yoga therapy with the insight of a supportive book club, this program offers a holistic approach to emotional eating, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing. The Book we will work with is “Healing Emotional Eating for Trauma Survivors” by Diane Petrella and is offered with her blessing.

Please note that an individual intake and wrap up session by phone are part of this series. The intake session is mandatory for participation as the series will be cultivated to support the individuals in the room. Drop in classes are not offered. This series will be offered online using zoom. No class October 12 (Thanksgiving long weekend)

Therapeutic Yoga for Deep Sleep Online Registered Series

This registered series is an exploration of evidence based tools of Yoga that will support deep sleep. Learn to intentionally bring your nervous system to a state of deep rest through the use of Yin postures, Restorative postures, and Yoga Nidra. By the end of the series, you will be equip to create a sleep routine to better support your body's ability to rest and recover. No experience necessary, beginners encouraged to join.

This series is offered over 6 weeks

Mondays 8:00 - 9:15pm pst September 16th - October 21st

Participants will be provided with resources to help them learn the science behind the practice and support them to practice on their own on off weeks.

Drop in classes are not offered, please only register if your intention is to participate in all sessions. (Arrangements will be made to accommodate unexpected absences, of course)

Restorative Yoga for Hormonal Balance Online Registered Series

This 6 week registered series is designed to manage chronically elevated cortisol levels. Anyone experiencing digestive issues, weakened immune system function, adrenal fatigue, disrupted sleep, or unwanted weight gain can benefit from this practice.

Each week participants will receive articles, short videos, and journaling prompts related to the upcoming session, to help deepen the integration of what we are learning into day to day life.

Recordings will be available after each session for continued practice through the week.

**There are no drop in's allowed. Please do not register if you know you can not attend all weeks. Unexpected absences can be accomodated, but it is important for the group dynamic that there is opportunity to build relationships within the duration of the series**
