Seeker's Path Yoga was founded with the intention of empowering people with lived experience of trauma to become agents in their own healing, using the simple, accessible, and powerful tools of yoga.

Work With Me


I offer a few different option for working with me. Workshops are a good way to experience yoga with a therapeutic approach. Group registered series provide a regular guided practice and are open to all. Custom programs can be created for both individuals or small groups with similar goals.

My name is Christina McCarvill and I am an RYT-500 Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga Therapist in training. I am also a survivor of childhood trauma. I found healing and peace through my personal yoga practice and I'm on a mission to help other people find theirs too.  

With over 700 hours of teacher training in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Trauma Informed Yoga, I share evidence based practices that can help support recovery from the effects of trauma.
