Therapeutic Yoga for Deep Sleep Online Registered Series

This registered series is an exploration of evidence based tools of Yoga that will support deep sleep. Learn to intentionally bring your nervous system to a state of deep rest through the use of Yin postures, Restorative postures, and Yoga Nidra. By the end of the series, you will be equip to create a sleep routine to better support your body's ability to rest and recover. No experience necessary, beginners encouraged to join.

This series is offered over 6 weeks

Mondays 8:00 - 9:15pm pst September 16th - October 21st

Participants will be provided with resources to help them learn the science behind the practice and support them to practice on their own on off weeks.

*Please note that an individual intake and wrap up session by phone are part of this series. The intake session is mandatory for participation as the series will be cultivated to support the individuals in the room. Drop in classes are not offered, please only register if your intention is to participate in all sessions. (Arrangements will be made to accommodate unexpected absences, of course)
