Seeker’s Path Yoga was founded with the intention of empowering people with lived experience of trauma to become active agents in their own healing.
At Seeker’s Path Yoga, I that believe healing is not linear — and you don’t have to walk the path alone. The practices I share are rooted in the understanding that every body holds wisdom, and that the journey toward wholeness begins with feeling safe, seen, and supported.
I offer trauma-informed individual and group yoga therapy in Vancouver, BC and surrounding area — designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and reconnection to self and spirit. Our sessions draw from evidence-based yoga therapy practices, including breathwork, mindful movement, somatic awareness, and guided rest, all tailored to your unique needs.
